This will be a description of the Natural Icing Flight Test program for the Eclipse 500. Topics will include certification requirements, instrumentation, test methodology, safety planning, and test results.

I have been a Lead Flight Test Engineer at Eclipse Aviation since 2007. I have over 10 years of flight test engineering experience. Prior to my current position, I have also been a Flight Test Engineer with GE on the 747 Flying Test Bed in Victorville, California. I was also the DOD Lead C-17 Avionics Flight Test Engineer at Edwards AFB, California.
